Zhejiang Southeast Metalsheet Co.,Ltd., as an industrial enterprises jointly invested by Zhejiang Southeast Lattice Frame Group and Hong Kong Metic Ltd. In 2004, is located in Jiangdong Industry Park that is newly founded in an area near to the scenic Qiangtang River. It has a registered capital of $ 52 millions and total investment of 99.90 millions with an occupied area of 250,000 m2 and staffs of 556. It is close to both Huhangyong and Hangjinqu highways and to No.9 and No.10 bridges of Qiantang River as well, 10 kilometer away from Xiaoshan International Airport of Hangzhou, provided a very convenient traffic in air£¬land and water. The co***ny is a professional metal sheet manufacture, provided its products with cold-rolled hard coils, hot-dip galvanized coils, cold-rolled sheets applicable for home appliances, automobiles, hardware, construction industries etc.
The co***ny is equipped with four production lines, that is, pickling line, cold rolling line, annealing line and hot-dip galvanizing line. Three of them, six-high cold reversing mill with double stands, being the world first advanced is from SMS Demag of Germany, the another six-high reversing cold mill with single stand is from Mitsubishi-Hitachi Machinery, Inc. of Japan, the annealing line is from EBNER of Austria, consisted of 20 HICON/H2® Bell furnaces with a capacity of 300, 000 Ton annually. Additionally a set of grinder is from POMINI of Italy and two sets of grinders from Huachen Co***ny, all with digital control, are introduced. It is the first enterprise that equipped with so world advanced processing equipment among the private enterprises in China. The other lines such as for pickling, acid regeneration and hot-dip galvanizing, washing, leveling and recoiling are all from the famous enterprises in China.
